DH has an off button on his PC laptop, as I do on my Mac. Just hold it down until the computer goes off. Sorry, don't know of any other method.

I opened an unwanted email as it had the name of a friend.
This is now stopping me from shutting down the computer automatically.
Does anyone know of key symbols to close the computer?
