Itchy spots on neck and a few elsewhere??

Sounds like an allergy - antihistamine should hopefully settle the itching

I will buy some cream. I am trying to work out what could cause allergic reaction, if that is what it is. The only thing relatively recent is it is cold so house is closed up and well heated..which is no different than other winters. I know your immunity is lowered as you get older. I am embarrassed by the neck spots and hoping not to get any more on my face. They look like they have small glassy heads on them.

Have you been away recently? I'm asking because there has been a recent escalation in the bed bug population.
I don't want to worry you, but typically bed bug bites occur on the neck and trunk, arms and hands
Antihistamines help subdue the itchiness and bites take about a week to disappear.
I hope you don't have an infestation, but it might be worth looking, just to rule it out.
