I'm an avid fan of digital games. Do you play any? Which ones?

Outsmarted is a board game which caters for kids, teenagers and adults. It can be played remotely too.
I’m addicted to online colouring apps.

FreeCell and Scrabble - I'm totally addicted to both!

I play solitaire and soduko daily, sometimes wordle. I used to do cryptic crosswords but find I don't now have the patience.

I play word games. I enjoy Blossom and Squardle. I have a scrabble game downloaded which I play against the computer.
I also play a block puzzle to help me wind down at bedtime.

Lots of word games. The quordle and on seem to suit me better as I’m convinced I have an adhd brain that flits and doesn’t easily concentrate on one thing at a time.
I have recently tried the matching games but they are real time wasters.

I’ve just tried Octordle for the first time. Quite pleased to get 7 out of the 8 words. Thanks for the suggestion.
Think I might be looking at Absurdle next!

I was a dealer in casinos in the 70s. Many funny stories but if you don’t know the industry it’s not funny to other people.

I play various word games, as well as the occasional game of chess, mahjong, sudoku and so on. I feel it helps to keep my brain sharp.

I do the Microsoft daily card challenges, two crosswords and a codeword most mornings. I also enjoy the GN Games Forum but I don't know if this counts.

Thank you, crazyH. Until today, I'd never heard of Absurdle but now I suspect I'll need therapy to prise me away from my new addiction. smile

Just card games. Patience and spider, to wake myself up; first thing in the morning.

Mollygo Tue 02-Jul-24 13:20:36

Wordament and Microsoft Solitaire-which is a good mixture-challenges or just games.
I play the New York Times games like Connections and the Telegraph puzzles.

I play scrabble, chess and card games against the computer most days. It keeps my mind sharp.

I once worked in Las Vegas for a year but fortunately I dont gamble.

crazyH Tue 02-Jul-24 10:19:27

Has no one tried Absurdle ? Far better and more challenging than Wordle

NotSpaghetti Tue 02-Jul-24 10:14:01

Waffle is another word game - it has variations too.
I do it most days.

NotSpaghetti Tue 02-Jul-24 10:11:42

marshmarigold132

I do Quordle more challenging than Wordle.

You could try octordle next.

Those early video games must have been so much fun, especially with friends and family joining in. I'm new here and can totally relate to the joy of gaming nostalgia. Nowadays, I find myself hooked on online freecardgames.io/solitaire/ card games for some relaxed, solitary fun. It's amazing how games have evolved, but the thrill of competition and connection remains timeless. Speaking of fun, I've had some great casino experiences with friends, where we enjoyed the games and the atmosphere. What about you all? Any favorite digital games or casino memories to share?

Casdon Thank you! We'll certainly give it a try smile
I had a try by myself yesterday evening and was awake until the early hours because my brain was buzzing so much!!

I enjoy Wordle, Quordle, Solitaire, crosswords. The Merriam Webster vocabulary/grammar/spelling quizzes are entertaining too smile

Just 20 minutes in the evening when I get time. I'm sure it keeps my memory pretty sharp but I do them just for fun
