So many different threads. I have learnt so much over the 3 years or so I have been lurking. And also rethought a lot of my opinions.

I rather wish GNs would just read and scroll on sometimes instead of answering over snippily. Sad to have seen recently some GNs saying they are signing out for good.

I was killing time this morning waiting for a GP test and was nearly late!! Too absorbed in the granny annexe thread!
Long may Gransnet last. And always something to read at dead of night!

I don’t find it any more or less addictive than any other forum tbh. All forums have their good and bad points, this one is mainly older women only, at least in practice.
I dip in and out of forums, but then I don’t have a lot of spare time.I do appreciate reading the food and drink threads for ideas and advice tho.

Absolutely agree. Too addictive sometimes. I waste hours of time on here and on Mumsnet. But it does keep me up to date with current issues so I suppose it’s not all bad.

After disposable vapes Rishi might want to ban it!
