Good afternoon, Soop and lovely Kitchen people. Glad to hear that you and MrSoop enjoyed the party, Soop. I am in awe of your friend's DIY skills!
We had a great afternoon at the Wee Boy's 4th birthday party yesterday, two birthday celebrations in a row! And today, DS2 and DS3 celebrate their birthdays, both born on this day but not twins!
Neine, God bless you and comfort you in your sorrow, thinking of you. 🙏
Safe journey home, brook, sounds like you've had a wonderful time in the sun. You'll return with your batteries fully recharged!
YiaYia, have a wonderful time in Malta!
Nannytopsy and Grandmabatty, I hope your wee ones recover quickly, poor wee lambs. Look after yourselves too.
AGAA4, congratulations to your DGS, but I think IKWYM.... DGS1 is learning to drive, it is another worry to add to my list...
Scapa, we've reached the same stage as you, having to 'get a man in' to do the things DH always did...decorating, DIY, anything involving ladders. Ages and stages.
Blossoming, well done on your decluttering, I need some of your motivation. My house is long overdue a serious decluttering. My get up and go, such as it was, has gone. However, I did manage to plant up some tubs on the patio before the wind and rain took over.
Wishing everyone a peaceful Monday evening. DS3 and lovely girlfriend are joining us for dinner later, we're having the birthday boy's favourite, home made steak pie and shop bought chocolate fudge cake !
Thinking of you all, especially Urms, Baggs and Neine, and all those with sorrow, worries or illness. Take care. 🥰
