Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark but a clear sky as I ca see the moon .
If its been like it has for last few days , wind chill will be a factor when out , my usual day as to bus journey returning home for a chiropodist appointment early afternoon .
Things to do such as housework etc as well .

Will be thinking of you both, Urms, and hoping someone is looking after you.

Sunny morning with a forecast of sunshine all day; I have an empty and ought to do something positive with the day but am not sure what it might be though I must pick some snowdrops as the previous owner of this house was a talented gardener and there are lots of patches of different types of snowdrop just at present. Someone to.d me yesterday that there are over 150 different types - can that possibly be true?

A late Good Morning from a bright Durham. I have (had) all sorts of plans for my only free day of the week - now on hold, as I have a rotten headache. I’ll take some painkillers and see how it goes.

My thoughts and love go out to Urms and himself, on that roller coaster many of us have ridden.

Best wishes to all. X

Good morning Mickand all from cloudy Lancashire, currently 6°C.

The weather was foul yesterday, non stop rain and gusty. The forecast is better for today so a short walk may be in order. January is such a long dark and dreary month, February is short and the days grow longer.

Hope your friend’s son-in-law makes a good recovery Mizuna, stroke is no respecter of age.

Enjoy Dollie’s visit Marydoll, sorry you’re missing out on so much at the moment.

Hope PurplePixie is doing well.

Urmstongran flowers you know where we are if you need us.

Baggs and Kalu are always in my thoughts.

Have the best day you can, whatever you’re doing today 🦩

Late good morning from a sunny NE.
Yesterday was a busy day with DS and GD1. We had lunch at an Italian restaurant where we were the only people there. We then thought we would go to the museum and winter Gardens. The weather was horrible, gale force wind so I struggled to walk. The cafeteria was closed so GD used her phone to find a cafe that sold bubble tea, I don't see the attraction but both GDs seem to enjoy it.
Today I am having a quiet day, maybe some admin as its a new month.
My thoughts are with you Urmston and will remain so during your absence.

Good morning all. It is bright and dry here in Dunblane although still chilly. I have had a busy week. A lunch with ex-colleagues on Monday at The Riverhouse in Stirling where it was good to catch up on all the gossip/news. Tuesday was a day in Glasgow with my oldest friend from student days where we chat non stop just picking up from where we left off the last time. It was a lovely sunny day and we enjoyed lunch in the Willow tearoom in Buchanan Street where I had Cullen Skink which I love but rarely make due to the lingering smell of smoked haddock it leaves in the house!! Yesterday was miserable here with very heavy rain and high winds but I had plenty to do indoors. Today shopping and then as usual childminding Gd2 after school. Have the best day you can thoughts with all those struggling..

Just to say a huge heartfelt thank you to you all. We are at the Christie now. It’s an emotional time for all of us in our little family. I’m drained and scared in equal measure. But one has to have hope. Treatment is being offered and we are very grateful for that.
