I have a pair of Varifocal, coated with photochromic anti glare lenses, has anyone got any ideas/ tips or products that get and keep them clean?

I have the same specs. I just breathe on them and clean them with the little black cloth that came with them from Specsavers. They stay clean all day, but then I never take them off unless I'm showering or sleeping, so they don't get handled much.

I buy these W5 glasses wipes from Ebay or Lidl. I use one every morning and sometimes more often, as I have greasy skin which marks the edges of my glasses.

No, but they are useful for screens.
