Transgender women born between 31 October 1953 and 6 November 1953 may be eligible for State Pension from 31 October 2018 to the date of their 65th birthday.
I’m not sure how I feel about this.
I have given a detailed example in my previous post.

Thanks for your pink news evidence. VS.
Still doesn’t excuse the actions of some TW towards lesbians-or * VS, do you think lesbians should be obliged to accept TW*
(That would look more like the discrimination and oppression you mentioned earlier, but aimed at lesbians.)
What does transphobia look like?
It’s hard to say.
A phobia is an irrational fear
So
-any female being attacked by a TW, doesn’t exhibit transphobia
-or any female fearing to be deprived of an award or a female job by a TW, doesn’t exhibit transphobia
-or any female being faced with a TW when a female has sought refuge in a female safe space, doesn’t exhibit transphobia
- or any female (and this one is from experience) including the nursing staff, being faced by a violent TW on a female ward when you are in a mental health facility because of trauma caused by males doesn’t exhibit transphobia
-or any female changing clothes in a shop or at a swimming pool and being faced by a TW making it quite clear he is male, doesn’t exhibit transphobia
Or any lesbians faced by TW demanding access to their meetings or demanding that they accept them as women won’t be exhibiting transphobia
All those actions by TW who do them, cause a fear of TW that is certainly not irrational and when they hit the headlines with those actions it might arouse fear that being a TW means they do those things.
That fear could be described as being irrational, but it’s a fear that has been caused by some TW and ALL TRA who support them.
The solution lies in their hands.

And if to demonstrate my point, Northumbria Police, (who must be sitting rocking in a corner by now), have just stated that JKR' tweet identifying a man as a man does not meet the criminal threshold.
What does transphobia look like Galaxy?
Does it cover the same ground as homophobia?

I'm not VS, I am disagreeing with what you've said which if you read my post, you would realise. Here's a clue, my post begins with "No VS'.
You disagreed with me by saying the same thing
That's some cognitive dissonance right there
But it wasn't that simple was it VS. The lesbian dating event was temporarily closed down because the lady running it was accused of transphobia for not wanting trans women to attend.
If only it were that simple.

Also, of you don't want to date anyone, don't do it.... Simple

That is not the point
The point is that gender dysphoria is when a person's sex does not match their gender
Ergo, they are not the sex they wish to be.
Trans people can and do make alterations to their bodies to bring their sex in line with their gender. Yes, they can only do that in appearance but the changes are indeed real and physical.
Please read this government document and scroll down to "Causes of gender dysphoria" because those causes are believed to be biological in origin:
www.nidirect.gov.uk/conditions/gender-dysphoria#:~:text=Causes%20of%20gender%20dysphoria,-There%20are%20many&text=Occasionally%2C%20the%20hormones%20that%20trigger,a%20result%20of%20taking%20medication
*If we do away with gender norms and trans people still exist, what will people say then?*
Why are you repeating what I already said back to me Smileless?
No, it's more than that
For example, I would term homophobia as fear, hatred, disgust and prejudice among others
Would you agree?
No VS, transgenders do not make changes to their bodies to bring their sex in line with their gender. They make changes to represent outwardly, what they believe inwardly their gender should be.
They cannot bring their sex in line with their gender, they cannot change their sex, only their outward appearance.
It's up to the individual lesbian whether or not they date a trans woman. Some may regard that as a lesbian relationship while others may not and not wish to date a trans woman, which is why they were not welcomed to a particular lesbian dating event.
They have the right to make that choice and to not be accused of transphobia if they choose not to date trans women.
Sorry that needs to be clearer. If you refused to employ them because of their trans status or because of their religion, that's discrimination, you can obviously refuse to employ them for hundreds of other reasons such as inability to drive!
Its looks like other discrimination as I said in my post.
So if you refused to employ a trans person as a train driver that's transphobia, in the same way as if you refused to employ a Christian to drive the train it would be discrimination. However me saying I dont believe in God is not discrimination and me saying men cant become women is not transphobia. We dont have to believe what you do.
So things aren't real if they are recent history? That's an odd thought
Two anecdotal accounts, one from 2021 the other from 2022. The second anecdotal account of one woman slams the BBC for publishing an article because the survey was of only 80 lesbians! Honestly you couldn't make it up.
Good job I refreshed before posting, now you're dragging in a disputed incident from Canada.
I remember those tshirts Galaxy the laddos thought they were so clever and funny. It's amazing how many transwomen claim to be lesbians, I'm sure the percentage is much higher than amongst the female population.
Galaxy
It looks like any other discrimination. So for example refusing someone a job because they are a Christian is discrimination. Me saying I dont believe in God is not discrimination.
That's discrimination
I asked What does transphobia look like?
If anyone insisted I said the words I believe in God, I would think they had issues around power and control.
Galaxy
Yes men will harass women and children. That's why we need spaces where they arent allowed.

Do you not respect the lesbians who describe gender ideology as just recycled homophobia?
I remember those 'hilarious' T shirts from the nineties worn by men 'I am a lesbian on the inside'. It isnt anything women havent seen before.
What does transphobia look like to you Galaxy?
What sources are acceptable?
How about the guardian and the case of a 9 year old child?

I dont believe anything I read in pink news. I kind of view them in the same way I view the Sunday sport. Which is tragic really as I have to confess I used to be part of a group that delivered them.
Galaxy
Its pink news. They said (and were sued for) Julie Bindel was supplying the gender critical with lesbian wives. I am still bloody waiting for mine. And the funding from the far right.
The article is about the woman in it
You don't respect her enough to read it?
