UK Mail Parcel Delivery Website.

I hate staying home for deliveries, unless I have to. If I order from Argos they will deliver to my "Sainsbury's Local", just up the road. I find this very convenient.

I’m sorry you have been unlucky but I have just had a fantastic experience with Argos delivery. I ordered a highchair for my granddaughter yesterday evening while watching TV. It arrived this morning. And the carrier was smiling and pleasant!!
They even do same day deliveries if you order early enough. Compared to some delivery companies ( I’m talking about you, Yodel, 😫😤) I think Argos are excellent!

Oh dear that sounds stressful.
I’ve never had any problems with Argos delivery or Tu at Sainsbury’s ( delivered via Argos now)
Communication has always been good and delivery as predicted.

Appalling experience!

Argos informed me my item could not be delivered before 21st May. Now I've had a text to say it's on the way.

Then.....I was told to track it on UK Mail website and - I kid you not - it took 17 separate actions to find out just where my parcel is. I got a further message to say the website was "Offline".

Anyone else had such a weary experience with UK Mail?

For sure, I'll avoid Argos in future.
