Please don't assume that not posting on political threads on Gransnet automatically means that someone isn't interested in politics. I have an avid interest in politics but very little interest in Gransnet's political threads.

I too thought the speech very good, despite the dig at KS. No one much likes that but it's par for the course these days. RS has had plenty of far sharper knives stuck into him.

And I'm not for an instant planning on voting tory.

I was just about to say Sunak’s speech was very good UNTIL he stuck the knife into Starmer. I truly dislike this type of politics.
