Lip wax remover?

Being of a certain age, I wax my own lip at home. Has anyone come across a good wax remover apart from the sealed paper ones they supply with the kit? I just find they don't last very long. Thank you.

I use a moisturiser cream on a cotton pad. Might need a bit of rubbing but seems to work OK.

"Bio oil" on a cotton wool pad. Gentle & kind to the skin.

Anything oils based, baby oil, bio oil, NO7 face oil.
