The little pizzas were made with Paul Hollywood's pizza base recipe, topped with ham for one batch and the other with peppers for vegetarian.
The croutons ones were made with skinny baguettes, again Paul H's recipe, which were sliced and toasted afterwards with a dash of olive oil. On top was pâté de campagne with gherkins and the other with duck rillettes and a little chopped pepper.
The pièce de résistance, and everyone's favourite, was a perfected homemade tomato pesto (recipe available) on homemade baked savoury biscuits.
