Does anyone else have a large Barbie advert on the right hand side of the page? She's there all the time, leaping around, grinning and it's very distracting.

There is no X in the right hand corner to close the advert either.

I've never bought Barbie and am not the slightest bit interested in her antics.
How do I get rid of her?

I have Adobe Photoshop Ad. I can only say, I recently did some photo printing with Adobe. Perhaps Allira you were searching for Barbie for your GC ?

Definitely not!

They're too old for dolls and wouldn't even go and see the Barbie film! 😁

Yes, we had Sindys. Several of them.
DH bundled them off to the charity shop 😥

I had a Tressie, someone's unwanted hand-me-down, I think.
Sindy had a big head, I always thought.

Not me. I've got Whiskers advert. I haven't got a cat! My bull mastiff isn't impressed. (sits next to me while I'm on phone)

More brains than Barbie.

I now have an advert for dog insurance. That's preferable although I don't have a dog.

Doesn’t everyone have access to Ad blockers?

BlueBelle Sat 05-Oct-24 13:59:33

Just a word if any of you have original polly pockets they are fetching big money especially those little tiny sets in a purse / bag they can go for £100 if all there

Oh yes, they went to the charity shop as well!

I had Pippa, the pocket sized friend.

I seem to remember mum thinking I was too old for any more dolls, but nan bought me one, anyway.

I keep getting ads for Kookyloos which are hideous plastic dolls in ghastly plastic outfits. (Available from ASDA)

It looks as if the avalanche of revolting plastic toys for Christmas has started.

MissAdventure Sat 05-Oct-24 14:06:48

I have a pet piece of mind service, to ensure my shrimps are looked after once I'm "gawn".

Nannan2 Sat 05-Oct-24 14:07:04

Casdon- mine on here at mo are RHS ads(would not be interested in the gardening) and one for adobe photo shop- again, not my interest😅

MissAdventure Sat 05-Oct-24 14:07:45

That's reminded me of the beginners course we did at work.

There was about ten of us, and only of us really didn't understand anything at all.

Drove the poor tutor mad.

"Just double click"

"What's a click?"

"Double click on thr icon"

"What's an icon?"

"Well, what do you think an icon is?"

"Hmmm, well, someone like Marilyn Monroe or James Dean?"
