Good morning all from a cloudy Glasgow, where it is 8°C.
Happy birthday my fellow Glesca Gran. I hope you have a lovely day.
Roses, do you have an oximeter to monitor your levels? If not, think about buying one.
My oxygen levels sits at 93%, during the day. If it drops, I am able to inform my GP of the reading or provide the info, if I need to call 999. It can drop as low as 89%. Giving that information can speed up assistance.
Yesterday was glorious here. I had the most enjoyable of mornings.
I went into the Parish house to update the new P.P and ended up having a cuppa with him and his housekeeper.
She was talking about her daughter's birthday party and it transpired that her daughter and DIL's niece are best friends.
The coincidences continued, when a lady came to see the P.P. and joined us at the table, she was the HT of the aforementioned children and had been at a meeting in our LA offices. What a friendly lady, I would have loved her as my boss.
I mentioned that my Dollie and DIL's niece had become great friends, calling themselves cousins. "I will go back to school and tell L, that I was talking to Dollie's gran!"
Last night, I got a message from an ex colleague, which read: My HT said she met you today! What a series of coincidences, considering the people live two towns away!
However, instead of being able to enjoy the lovely sunshine, I felt very unwell, when the vertigo returned out of the blue with a vengeance. I got a bit of a fright, as I knew it was connected to my heart issues and I had become very complacent, thinking I was cured.
Consequently, I am having a day in and will take it easy, I still feel a bit strange. My only task to today will to make crêpes dinner. I fancy something different.
Have as good a day as possible, folks.
