FGT I don't post on this thread often but I took have been following your husband's story. Great news today. We had similar news last week of my DH's cancer. His tests showed ten years in remission.

FGT I love reading GM and Soops thread, been following the news of Himself. So happy for you both and your family, brought a tear to my eye 🥰

‘Evening All’.

Well I’m delighted to let you lovely folk know that the doctors were very pleased with the CT scan result - no growth in the tumour since July. “It is sleeping”.

No treatment needed yet awhile. See us early February for the next scan but we are to contact the team if Himself has any symptoms in the interim.

This was such a huge relief for me to hear. I became quite emotional on leaving the clinic area. To be honest Himself never doubted it as he’s felt so well, but confirmation this afternoon was wonderful for us both. We are on Cloud 9. As you can imagine.

“Enjoy this gift” said the consultant oncologist.

Life is indeed precious and we are so very grateful for our good fortune right now. Your good wishes and tremendous support in this sweet kitchen has mean so much to me and I thank you one and all from the bottom of my heart. x

neine and grannmarie thank you so much for your good wishes, I’m feeling very achy but I know it will improve soon🤞. I’m trying to get in the habit of regular walks along the hall, with a few gentle exercises thrown in as well! grannmarie I like the sound of your exercises in the pool and hope the water is warm!
