Happy memories of school coach trips! Other verses could include headmaster, unpopular teachers etc. Lyrics usually adapted by some clever and witty student!

As a child I used to think that Kiddly Tivey must be the cat (kitten?) or maybe the dog. If you feed little lambs ivy they will probably get ill, and too much oats isn't good for mares, either.

That sounds vaguely familiar. But don't recognise it. As a child I used to say "Dandy Dee" a lot. After something that went "Whoopsie Diddy Dandy Dee" at the end. But can't remember what it was!

Memories indeed! I was infamous in our family for actually trying to shove my granny off a bus ( tram in the 1950s). I thought we had missed our stop in the centre of town and granny was blocking the exit. Oh dear!

My dad was in the Royal Navy. He taught me this when I was at junior school and I’ve taught it to the Boy Wonder and L’il Miss who both love it!

I’ve no idea how to spell it so will just write it as it’s said!

Ooh thank you! I don't remember the song but I do remember the Whoopsee Diddly Dandy Dee. Reminds me of my lovely Dad. I was only about 3 at the time. I used to sit behind the sofa (a den) just saying Dandy Dee over and over. I think my parents were concerned I was being an odd child ha ha. But it was just play and new words.

I haven't heard of any of those others above!

Used to remember lots of skipping songs though and I'm struggling now.

Apart from the "when it's your birthday please jump in".
