John Lewis Christmas Advert 2024

I have just seen the preview of the new Christmas advert for John Lewis on You Tube. Usually I scorn at the sentimentality of it but this year it had me in floods of tears. I have recently lost my husband of 53 years and it just hit home so much. Has anyone else seen it.

If it’s the one with the gentleman and the robin it has nothing to do with John Lewis.

It is made by Sam Clegg, he has started producing a video at Christmas it is for charity.

John Lewis’s full ad is not released yet, only a small part involving a mother giving her daughter a pink jumper.
