People who gossip - evil people - this can cause so much damage. Also jealousy, can't bear jealous people and people who are mean, that is those who know how to put money in their purse but seem to forget how to take it out when it comes to paying their share.

People in general annoy me!

Fly tipping, bad manners, both most of all drivers who don’t indicate. You feel like shouting “I’m not a bl…y mind reader”.

My pet hate, forgive the pun, is other peoples' ill-trained dogs or cats! I like both species, if they have been trained to not make pests of themselves.

Those who dislike litter and fly tipping. Just be grateful they don’t pull into the splay at the top of your drive and clear their car out then it blows down your drive Paper cups Tin cans food and chip trays sandwich packets we get the lot

I prefer to shop on my own too. I have too often been persuaded by relatives or friends to buy something that wasn't really the right thing for me. I think I'm less of a people pleaser now.
My pet hate? Bags of dog turd hanging on trees or fences. Disgusting in multiple respects.

Films/adverts etc where they employ English actors to play the part of a non-English speaker. Phoney/awful attempts at Scottish, French, Indian, etc accents. Drives me mad. Straight to Room 101.

Nastiness. People who look for ways to be nasty and enjoy being cruel. I was at school with someone like that and met her years later and she had changed. She made my blood run cold . I had a boss, actually two, who were the same - vicious , calculating, nasty people who enjoy hurting and causing trouble. I found one of the bosses on fb . Her profile said that she had no friends. I wonder why .

My pet hate is of modern ilk. I hate hearing people anywhere outside and in shops on their mobile phones. Really annoying.

Well that’s was a pleasant surprise I thought I was the odd one out preferring being on my own to shop but looks like there’s plenty of us feel the same

Thanks Jules59 the little beasts appear from nowhere, mostly near the kitchen stove. I never leave uncovered food around just in case- even for 5 minutes !

Cyclists on country lanes. Drivers who can't reverse on country lanes. People who step off the pavement in front of cars without looking as they're glued to their mobile phones. Supermarket shopping. Ironing....and those are just a few!

Well you did ask but here we go:

Dog owners who think you have to talk to their dog instead of talking to them.

Dog owners who can barely control their dog and say in a ridiculous voice, 'he won't hurt you.' Yes, well... I still don't want your dog jumpinp up at me and showing their teeth.

Dog owners who think their dogs are babies, or children.

Dog owners like the one yesterday who didn't go through the gate and chose the cattle grid and seemed unaware the dog had its leg stuck in the grid.

Dog owners who like yesterday, pick up their dog's poo and put it in a bag and leave it right in the middle of the path where people are walking.

Dog owners who push their dogs around in prams.

Dog owners who want you to know they are dog owners as if it makes them different to the rest of humanity.

Dog owners who think you're weird because you not only don't have one, but don't want one.

Finally, just dog owners who think they have a right to spoil someone else's walk because they have a dog.

I hardly ever go shopping with anyone else. If I ever go with dh, he will almost inevitably wander off and I’ll have to ring him or end up fuming at the checkouts.

Well before mobile phones, I was once with him in Homebase, where we’d gone to get a besom broom, for sweeping leaves off the grass.

It was late October, near Halloween, so after he’d done his usual wandering off, I was left clutching my besom and fuming by the checkouts, when I noticed a little boy nearby, nervously half-hiding behind his mother and saying in a very loud whisper, ‘Mummy, is she a witch? 😂

Love this. Will be chuckling about this all morning.

People who join a forum like this for the sole purpose of spreading hate and causing disruption .

Flies! There were little ones flying around my flat yesterday and 2 huge big black things built like airships. One of the bigger nasties actually buzzed my neck! Out came my trusted tin of Raid for them all!

Summer/sun/heat, I so prefer winter!

Smoking/vapes/e's etc./those with cigars or fags stuck to the corner of their mouths, bullies, pavement cyclists, those who talk while eating and they have their mouth wide open, men who try to tell women what we can/can't do, wear and so on, the list is endless!

On the subject of pets, I really hate cruelty to animals and of course babies and children even more so. Not really a pet hate that's a big hate.

Getting back to smaller niggles, the lycra clad cyclists who ride two, three, four, abreast and expect motorists to crawl along behind and go mental if you dare to overtake. The worst ones are those that inhabit Richmond Park, really really aggressive mainly men ,who are verbally and occasionally physically abusive and think they own the place. (I'm not talking about ordinary cyclists and I know they will also complain about motorists who don't show them courtesy) Also cyclists on bikes who career about in pedestrian areas, sometimes on pavements and expect the pedestrian to jump out of the way.

I hate putting stuff away.

I get things out to do a photo shoot for my shop. The task itself takes knowledge and skill. Putting all the bits and pieces back afterwards is something I really hate.

I also hate putting the shopping away after Tesco has delivered it.

All these jobs are anti-climactic.

People everywhere constantly photographing/filming themselves and other people when at public events . Do they ever pay attention to/experience the event, I wonder.

Most RAP music- which has tested me when watching some of the modern European thrillers that often feature this music because of the drugs background to the story;

Being pestered with e-mail "how did we do" performance ratings after almost any purchase or event.

Vladimir Putin- he's causing so much trouble.

There are plenty more! I'm actually quite cheerful although you wouldn't believe it from this post.
