Good morning from a misty Bristol. It’s really quite chilly with temperatures only in the mid single figures.
Had a busy day yesterday, culminating with my “salon”. While there, one neighbour asked what that heap of fabric was. So I showed her the almost finished quilt. Then showed the bits that I’ve made for Saturday’s sale. One of them left with a Christmas runner!
Today is going to be full on again with morning prayers, swiftly followed by the inaugural FAB cafe. I suspect we shall be very busy as people will be curious to see the new venue and hosts. My worry is the space that the vicar has allocated will be big enough…
As soon as I’ve had lunch, I’ve got my book group in the next village. This month, it’s a Lee Child book. My first, it’s a “chick lit” for chaps - a “d..k lit”? 🤔
Hope olddudders had a good day yesterday. Many thoughts with those with difficulties.
