Flyboarding

If I did have a load of health problems I would love to try that it looks so much fun.

I suffer from Ménière’s disease so that might not work for me, could be in bed for a month with vertigo and vomiting.
Wish I could do it though.

Whilst waiting for them to fix my ferry to IOW I saw these at the boat show next door, looked like tremendous fun

I am not actually acrophobic but I have never been good with heights so I would have hated to do it and even watching would make me anxious at any age.

I am sure though, if you are OK with soaring up in the air to a great height, it is great fun.

I didn't dream of flying but often stepped off the top of the stairs and gently floated to the bottom!

Crumbs, I think I’d run a mile! Parasailing was scary enough, and I only did that because dds were calling me chicken for not wanting to.
I’m not even up to water-skiing any more, and I used to love that.

Do you ever have flying dreams?
Mine are usually a little bit menacing, as if I'm trying to get away from someone.

Father Christmas asked my granddaughter what she would like for Christmas and she said she wanted to be able to fly. My grandson said he wanted to be taller!

I'm scared of heights, too.

Those segway falls, though. Ouch!! Right on the coccyx!! (Sp)

I’d love to do it-but heights aren’t my thing. I’m more the Segway or electric scooter type.

Yes, in my imagination I'd love flying around in someone's arms.
I think I may be too cowardly in real life, though.

I saw a woman about my size have a go - she stepped off the platform, onto his arms, and they sank.

Oh that made me splutter - that would be me! Looks like a lot of fun for the 'well proportioned', strong and fit (young) folks though!

It does look like a safe way of "flying".

There is a young woman who flips in and out of the water like a dolphin, then soars up into the air.

That looks fun - although I’d worry the young man wouldn’t be able to hang on to me once we were high up 😂
