Good morning all from a rather damp North Wales- not a drop of the white stuff left although the mountains still have their tops dusted 🏔️

A trot for coffee at a friend’s and I’ll scan a knitting pattern while I’m there before running a few errands in Llandudno, that is the sum of my activity today - riveting eh!

I will pop in later with champagne 🥂 for all celebrations- methinks Ive missed a few birthdays and anniversaries as I dip in and out of this lovely thread x

Good morning all from Polmont where it's currently 0° and dry. I can't see frost on the cars. We had none of the snow for which I'm very grateful. I don't like driving in snow. GrandMattie how annoying for you.
Yesterday was a strange one. After six years, the pattern has changed to drop off. I tidied the dining room, the boys' room and my bedroom, superficially at least. I couldn't settle to anything. Once I'm in the new routine, I expect it will be better. Both boys had good days.
Today is a repeat of yesterday. I might start a cross stitch. I will nip to Aldi for Weetabix. Both boys have said they would like some for a snack when they get in from school/nursery. Have a good day all.

Good morning from cold windy s somerset, it will be sunny all day

It has been raining all night and very windy and the sun will be very welcome today. I am going for a local exercise walk mid-morning and am expecting my organic delivery later

I will be making a large batch -bake later, main ingredients leeks, beans, cheddar and I will get 8 meals out of it. I do like to have these meals available in the freezer

I have visitors tomorrow, unless it becomes dangerous with snow and/or ice. I am only going to have soup and fresh part-baked bread for lunch as it won`t be wasted if they cannot come but I do need to give downstairs a tidy today

Have a good day

Good morning from Lancashire. Still very cold but most of the snow has melted. The schools were closed yesterday, no idea why as most of the children live nearby. When did people become so soft?
Up early as usual and struggling to get warm, but better than lying in bed watching the minutes tick by.

Good morning from Bristol. It’s snowing - it wasn’t expected, but is falling gently and is very still. I don’t think it will settle nor snow for very long.
I had a rather frustrating afternoon. I went into town to get myself a new radio and some fabric to make a new patchwork. The solitary fabric shop was still full of Christmas stuff and then more of your fancy dress/costume fabrics. I came home empty handed. A completely wasted journey.
Nothing happening today, an empty.
I hope Ash and her DH arrived safely in Sartre. Hugs to to the poorly,

Good Morning Everyone,
Its a dark start but a dry one but feels cold here in brackley .
Weather wise , locally very little in the way of snow settling locally , but at some point it will hit the area with a large amount .
The lamb curry is going well , the extra bite with the scotch bonnets ideal for this chilly winter .
My usual routine bus trip and hopefully see friend's.
Health front OK,
Take Care,
Mick
