I think BigLouis did post at some point that she had a terminal illness, and had about a year left.

I second all of this

I to have missed Miss A. Her journey through getting disability benefits helped me so much. And I am sure her talking about the death of her child helped so many on the bereavement threads. She has suffered so much in her life but was always there to help others with her wise words and humour.

It's a testament to how much those on GN care about eachother as when people don't post for a while they are missed .

Two other regular posters I recall no longer post - I can’t think of her name, but she was a very busy lady with a factory and she also did care work of some kind.

I’ve just had a long phone call with MissM.
She’s in hospital. She has had a mastectomy together with sepsis and kidney disease.
She should be out in 3 weeks.
Fortunately we both have a very dark sense of humour so we’re able to laugh at what a shit storm this has been.
