Good morning everyone from sunny Lancashire.
I was interested to see your recent remark about sodium deficiency and its effects Ashcombe but I forgot to mention it by the time I posted. I was told that upon my recent hospital admission I had no detectable sodium or potassium in my blood and had to be given urgent intravenous doses. I remember none of these events!
It’s good to share Bellasnana and I love reading about your life in Malta.
Beautiful peony Kalu, glad the jab effects are wearing off.
I suppose it’s no use telling you to slow down GrandmaBatty!
Hope the steroid wash helps and you can enjoy lunch, have a lovely day Marydoll.
Have a wonderful holiday Hollysteers.
Glad to hear from you FGT2 even though it’s perhaps not the best news. It must have come as such a shock so soon after the positive results from his previous review. You do have options and now you know what they are, we are all rooting for you both x
Yesterday’s declutter went very well, MrB arrived home just after I finished. I saw him hide what looked suspiciously like a Kennedy’s Chocolate Shop bag so I think that may be a treat for later. I have a kidney scan today and will be taking the walker rather than the wheelchair. The ultrasound scanners are in a separate building behind the main hospital, there are plenty of disabled parking spaces right by the entrance and I checked with the receptionist that it’s accessible. I have been drinking lots of water as advised, hope I don’t need the toilet during the scan!
As always, my thoughts are with those under the weather or dealing with sorrow in their lives.
Wishing you all a happy Friday 🌹♥️
