Wash it and dry carefully, then chuck it in the bin.😁

Perfect for Cornish Pasties. They're easy to make and you could freeze several.

Chutney?

I like the sound of Cornish pasties

Boil, mash with a little butter, pepper and salt. If you're into making Cornish pasties, chopped up with meat, potatoes, onion and skirt beef!

What does it taste like? - bland like swede or spicy/peppery?

Grate and use as a salad vegetable or grate and use in a cake.

I have been given a whole pile of veg - I live alone so can't eat it up very fast and tend to cook the same things over and over again.

Amongst this treasure trove is a turnip. What would you do with it?!
