Good morning all from the east coast of Fife, thankfully it’s been much cooler throughout the night, unfortunately my dog has been sick I heard her vomiting several times I hope she’s okay the poor thing.

It’ll be a lazy day today, just cereal with a little banana for breakfast, toast and fresh orange juice.

Have a good day my friends keep rehydrated by drinking lots of water

Good morning Michael and all GNs. Look after yourself in this heat, Mick. Drink lots and rest. An almost conpletely sleepless night for me last night. I think part of it was that I ate very little yesterday and I woke up in the night hungry! Had some milk and biscuits but once I’m awake, that’s it. I plan to go to the gym this morning, and then have to do a food shop, but other than that, nothing much planned. I figure forty winks will figure somewhere in the equation.
Have the best day you can, folks.

Good morning from Cornwall, where the heat has woken me in my flat, after a week in my son's cooler house. It's nice to be back home among my sewing and other things. I've ordered a king-sized throw from Argos so will take a short bus ride to collect that this morning and then have a coffee in Wetherspoons before I hunker down. The throw is for a single bed, so I'll cut it and make a pillow sham and cushion covers. Just fancy a change from denim.

Mick, be wise about this weather and your heart. It may be best to stay at home though I know you'll miss your bus trip.

Good Morning Everyone,
Its twilight here in Brackley ,it looks like attempts to rain in the night did not last.
Today , I hope to get the bus to Bicester , but with the heat its effected my health ,yesterday I stayed on the bus and came straight back, but struggled to walk .
Take Care,
Mick
