Goodbye Duke & Duchess of York.

Following the accusations earlier this week, Prince Andrew has relinquished his title Duke of York. Same for his ex-wife.

He will still keep his title of Prince Andrew.

But I guess that's the end of the titled road for Fergie.

Simply Andrew, or they'll go back to randy Andy.

I think Thailand is quite popular. Casdon

Allira no need to be rude.

I'm not rude.

Your post was quite shocking and implied things about posters' fathers which were extremely unpleasant.

ronib Mon 20-Oct-25 15:19:33

The rest probably pay.

Dreadwitch Mon 20-Oct-25 15:19:03

He's her baby, doesn't matter what the golden child does, mother will always forgive them.
I know because I've got a golden child sibling, they've done everything you can imagine that's bad and yet the parent forgave it all, repeatedly bailed them out of trouble and even lied for them. And just like the Queen, would have paid someone off to shit them up from telling the truth.

ronib Mon 20-Oct-25 15:19:02

Prince Andrew

ronib Mon 20-Oct-25 15:18:49

Yes of course

Allira probably one in ten men have used the services of a prostitute? Is Prince Andrew really so different?

Do you know men who go specifically on free trips to knowingly have sex with underaged girls then ronib?

ronib Mon 20-Oct-25 15:17:33

You have missed the point.

What you said was:

Best not go there - you have absolutely no way of knowing what services your own father required when single, divorced, unhappy or otherwise having relationship problems. He certainly isn’t going to tell you.

Well, you can speak for your own father and male family members. Do not presume to speak for those of other posters.

Dreadwitch Mon 20-Oct-25 15:15:45

He had more than a few British real friends. Plenty of politicians, the aristocracy and obviously the royal family. I'm more than happy for investigations to carry on in this country, the more disgusting men named and shamed (and hopefully prosecuted) the better as far as I'm concerned.

Charleygirl5 Mon 20-Oct-25 15:14:54

Thanks, my memory is on a permanent holiday.

I’m inclined to agree with you Anniebach. For years there have been stories about Harry and James Hewitt, when to me it is quite obvious that Harry is KC’s son - the nose and the eyes have it. But Andrew? I scratch my head to find any resemblance to PP, or either of his brothers.

Allira Mon 20-Oct-25 15:06:36

Just saying what, exactly?

ronib Mon 20-Oct-25 15:05:53

The internet suggests that there are 105,000 prostitutes working in the UK. I have no idea how many clients they see a week but it may well be an industry serving significant numbers. Just saying….

Who is going to give Sarah money, or will she cling to Andrew's shirt tails, as I am assuming Charles is looking after him financially, as Andrew hasn't done a hand's turn since he left the RAF.

Andrew was in the Royal Navy.

Sadly, his bravery in the Falklands War is all forgotten now, superseded by his behaviour since then.
Although, according to some who served with him, he was insufferably arrogant even then.

Yes, ferry23, you’re right but I didn’t think that Andrew had been accused of procuring and trafficking. It’s plausible that he didn’t realise it was happening. He doesn’t appear to be a deep thinker.
I don’t question the seriousness of Epstein’s convictions , of course I don’t, I just wonder whether Andrew is paying an excessively high price for his own degree of involvement because he is already unpopular and disliked for other reasons.

I agree, although I'd describe him as an arrogant, egotistical, vain, sleazebag, I doubt that he knew what was going on behind the scenes. I certainly wouldn't describe him as a paedophile, on the evidence we've heard. I think if there were more to it, younger girls would have come out by now and spoken up about it. Especially after the payout that Virginia Giuffre received.

I feel a bit sorry for the man. He has exercised poor judgement, arrogance and insensitivity but he has not been convicted of any crime in this country. Not the sharpest tool in the box but stupidity is not a crime.

So he lied to conceal things that happened in the past. Many people do. Been there, done it, got the t-shrt.

Remained friends with someone who had committed a serious crime. Done that too.

He asked his bodyguard to dig up dirt on Virginia Giuffre . This is standard practice in law. Nothing new there.

I feel more contempt for Michelle Mone who profited massively from fraud at the expense of the tax payer and apparently cannot be touched.

As I posted on a different thread.

We've all missed you, you make us think.

However, here I believe you missed the mark.

Plantglas2. I read somewhere a while back that Camilla is after the Royal Lodge for her family when Charles passes. I wouldnt be suprised if it was Camila was behind this.

I wouldnt be suprised if it was Camila was behind this.

Behind what? Spreading unwarranted gossip about her dear brother and sister-in-law?

You really have to be kidding.

Her family?

Camilla's family all have their own homes.

Camilla, I would think, would be very happy to retire back to Ray Mill House should she outlive her husband.

Me too.
