Sponge flan cases

I have one of these tins.
Basically you bake thr sponge case upside down.
I hope uou find one ready made though if that's what you want.

Home made much nicer though.

You can buy flan tins to make a sponge flan case if you can't find the sponge flans in a supermarket, but Tesco advertises the sponge flans too.

You could make your own - need to buy a sponge flan tin. Or perhaps make a thick sponge and cut the centre half out if you know what I mean😊

I’m sure you can still get them, as I think I saw them for sale.

Might have been Waitrose or Sainsbury
