Do as she has always done, write autobiography, she has written two, how she had low self esteem , she can’t blame her upbringing again , she has done ‘what the queen said to me just before she died’, and she perhaps will do another Oprah and other tv interviews in America . I think she will reinvent herself yet again.

Yes how would she earn any money if no-one would touch her with a bargepole - no charities, no publishing houses.

Why? She has done her best to earn her way, although not very good at managing money. Brought up to be a decorative wife and marry well. Not really her fault that she married a frog.

If her books are making money, then they will publish another. She has been the face of charities, and yes they may not want her, but SHE has done what was expected of her with them - however, I expect that although she was entitled to keep the title, shoe will now lose it, and charities will lose out as a result

I think I read sometime ago that she had bought a house in London this was before all the talk of Andrew being moved out of his current home. She seemed to have picked herself up from rock bottom once before and I expect she'll do it again with the help of wealthy friends - if there are still any left! Don't really care.

I think a Prince, title or not, will never be short of money, so could easily afford to support ex wife. Sarah was also born into money. I dont believe either will be living on a street pavement, begging like the average man has to. Its all lies as far as im concerned. X

I agree with Iam64, they do seem similar characters, big spenders and freeloaders.

I've no idea what she'll do but if she chooses to withdraw from public scrutiny, I hope that she'll be able to do so without being hounded by the press and constantly vilified on social media.

Her lovely daughters must be very hurt about what has happened with their parents. What is the point of rubbing salt into the wounds? It just seems cruel to me.

Having ridden on Andrew's coat tails for so many years, enjoying the funds, the beautiful home, and so many benefits, now that they have fallen from grace SF is no longer intending to live with him. Perhaps the strain of the mutual downfall is too much to bear in close proximity to each other. In fact it isn't just downfall, they must be in freefall. Attempting to get a life of sorts together after this catastrophe will be a challenge.

Oh and in answer to your last question I don’t know anyone who has moved in with their children unless very old and infirm perhaps but I know children who have moved back home to save money etc

No not in my world AuntieE I had three young children and never had a penny off him I worked all ways I could to get around school times working nights for seven years, after the eldest one was15/ 16 so I could be there in the day to cook and clean the house and shop for food etc etc

Do divorced women in the UK still expect to be "kept" by their husbands? In Scandinavia, we earn our own living, whether we are single, married, divorced or widowed. And we certainly do not move in with our children! Do people commonly do so in the UK?

Surely, Sarah Ferguson has money in the bank - if not, I suggest she changes her name by deed poll, dyes her hair and starts looking for a job. Hard to find at her age, but presumably she will find something, if she does not qualify for and old age pension.
