Don't have an issue with the proposals but will it start with the oldest drivers first who still possess a valid driving licence?

Apologies then M0nica I thought you had discussed the idea of a video/computer based driving perception and reaction test.
I am obviously mistaken.
That is the way I'd like to see it go, eventually.

But I'm happy to start with eyesight as that is a known and well studied risk.

NotSpaghetti definitely not my suggestion. I have always been a sight/cognition supporter because they would be easy and cheap to apply.
