Recommendation for sheets

I've only got one set of bamboo bedding as I have a legacy of long lasting M&S sheets and duvet covers. I dread having to change away from the bamboo ones even for as long as it takes for them to be washed and dried. Cotton ones just don't feel the same.

I’ve been very disappointed with John Lewis cotton sheets, my favourites are 400tc Habitat sheets bought in Sainsbury’s. I line dry them and don’t iron.

I only buy white pure cotton sheets. They can be boil washed and they last for years and feel so clean and soft after wearing in.

If I needed to I might give the bamboo sheets a try though!

Real linen from the secret linen store. They are wonderful, bought mine some years ago. Absolutely divine, very easy care, they wash and dry quickly. Good all through the year

M and S are fab - bamboo and cotton options, high thread counts, lots of choice colours etc.

They do a Polycotton option if you are on a tight budget, on a btw. Look out for the depth of the fitted sheets, those do vary according to need.

La Redoute and Secret Linen Store have a good selection, in a range of prices and quality, mainly in natural fibres.

I love fitted sheets, so much easier to use when making up beds which I find tiring now.
Have a fitted brushed flannel sheet on right now and is so toasty for this season.

I absolutely adore my bamboo sheets. They are easily the most silky soft and comfortable sheets I've ever had. I got them from M&S and will never buy other than those again!

I like colours to match/tone with my duvet and for this time of year, brushed cotton.
Look at M&S or JL’s websites, loads to choose from and all excellent quality.

Look at the thread count - the higher the better.

I always buy the highest thread count I can get and always white.

They last for years and years.

I have never really spent a lot on my sheets, but now I feel as though I want to get some good quality ones
I have no idea what to go for and would appreciate some recommendations, thank you
