Oh dear David, you are just so wrong on so many levels is difficult to know where to start. You do realise that Epstein is referred to as a pedophile on the news, why do you suppose that is?
Perhaps because Ghislaine would trawl schools looking for stragglers to pick off and deliver to Epstein, children in other words. And as for the older women he trafficked, they had their passports removed and were were treated like sex slaves, often suffering rape/damaging sexual practices.
They were not throwing themselves at celebrities, many men at the parties Epstein held were ageing and repulsive.

Grooming by rich men for sexual pleasure for some is not the same as grooming of white girls by gangs who are Asian (of course not all the girls were white nor were all the men Asian) and the grooming of Asian girls by members of ISIS to supply "brides" for their fighters, is not seen as "grooming" at all by some women and men. Guiffre was recruiting young girls from school specifically for Epstein. She was not running a pimping ring for all comers, she was 17 herself. For those who don’t believe Guiffre, can you explain why what she said in her book is corroborated by contemporaneous emails in these released files so consistently?

Epstein and Maxwell used the same techniques as the so called grooming gangs in the UK. They recruited, seduced vulnerable girls, some barely into their teens. They then asked the girls to bring their friends along. This sometimes meant a financial/other gift and could mean they weren’t abused as their friend was.
One of the girls in the Three Girls drama documentary was deemed unsuitable as a witness in the criminal case against the men who abused her. She’d become a Schedule 1 offender because she’d recruited friends to the group of girls. Shocking that’s how the police responded to concerns that these girls were “ making lifestyle choices that put them at risk”

Remembering it took about two seconds flat for another steward at a social venue I used to steward at years back informing me that she "knew" one of the (internationally known) band rather well #ahem, complete with details. My reaction was "say nowt and just think - but he's fat = yuk" It was certainly not an uncommon mindset not that long ago - and I suspect there is still a lot of it around.

It ain't the celebrity status so much as if they think the person has money. The only difference I can see these days is that it's not just "women chasing after men" for that sort of reason these days - it's also "men chasing after women" - also for fame/money/you name it.

I agree. I mean it could be that the Russian woman had full agency, didn’t have her passport taken off her and was not ordered by Ghislaine to perform sexual favours but simply did it of her own violition. But there are many women who gave testimony that this was certainly not the case for them.
And women have had enough of people not taking their claims of sexual coercion seriously so let’s not fall prey to that.

Jeffery Epstein deliberately photographed, audio-recorded and videotaped all his wealthy "friends" & associates in the most embarrassing and compromising situations. This was in order to have a hold, or control, over them. ( For future punishment, or blackmail purposes?) These people were unlikely to report Jeffery to the authorities once they realised exactly what he was doing, (his criminal behaviour), because Jeffery had "compromat" (compromising material) on them all!!

Once his "friends" realised they had been horribly compromised, they feared him, and we notice they all chose to stay fiercely loyal to him, because it was in their best, long term interests!!!!!

No of course not but as a single man for 20 plus years Im sure there would have been plenty, nothing wrong with that, unless he was gay or impotent of course but I dont think he was

if he had been gay, what difference would that have made? It is perfectly legal to be gay and have a normal love life without it being seen as scandalous. If he was impotent or just uninterested then the chances are he would not have been involved with Epstein.

He should have been left alone to marry Koo Stark, but she was not good enough for him, being a soft porn star.
