This ghastly person and his gang seem to be everywhere in the news.
It's utterly depressing.

Gosh. I wonder what Bannon thinks of Pope Leo?

MayBee70 Sat 14-Feb-26 15:42:38

“Bannon was a vice president of Cambridge Analytica, a firm that collected data on millions of Facebook users, without their informed consent, for use in Trump’s campaign and Brexit, in some cases spreading fake news. Later knowledge of this data breach prompted the Facebook–Cambridge Analytica data “.

That’s for people that still don’t believe that Brexit was won on lies…

Flippin’ ‘eco Casdon. I thought the Da Vinci code too far fetched to read or watch the movie
Bannon - Epstein a whole new (scarily believable) thing

Allira Sat 14-Feb-26 17:39:10

It's like a futuristic movie! 😲

Channel 4 did a programme about it but nobody seemed to pay any attention to it.

I remember the Cambridge Analytical scandal. I had not flagged that Bannon was involved

They now have permission to search the Zorro Ranch in New Mexico.

Casdon Tue 17-Feb-26 09:42:11

I hope there are no bodies. They must have strong suspicions something is there though.

I will be surprised if they do not uncover at least one body.

No one concerned that according to the latest the en prince Charles “loaned” his aide to Andy for visits to Epstein island and home !
The aide is named in the files.

Casdon Tue 17-Feb-26 11:15:08

paddyann54, that is peripheral compared with the scale of what’s going on with Epstein. Only the small minority of the British population who are obsessed with bringing down the monarchy will focus on a third cousin once removed issue like that.

Well said, Casdon.

Of all the shocking things emerging that is a minor blip in all this.

I doubt the aide was loaned for the specific purpose of accompanying Andrew to St James.

The aide was probably loaned because of other specific business he was an expert in or because Andrew's aides had had enough and all resigned.

Anniebach Tue 17-Feb-26 17:26:40

MOnica PaddyAnn doesn’t doubt it, you are unsure, I truly don’t believe it.

The aide was David Stern.
It almost sounds as if Andrew himself was groomed!

Stern, 48, was a fixer to Mountbatten-Windsor from about 2010 and a director of his Pitch@Palace business between 2016 and 2019. He was also close to Epstein, describing him as his mentor.

Stern had proposed a year earlier that he and Epstein set up an investment office in Beijing for “high net worth individuals” and “very discreetly make PA part of it and use his ‘aura and access’”.

A relative of the King ?

Allira Tue 17-Feb-26 18:06:06

Anniebach

A relative of the King ?

Who? Stern?
I think he is a German businessman, not related to the Royal Family.

He has questions to answer too but seems to be living in the UAE now.

What gives you that idea?

Sorry, thank you Allira

PaddyAnn wouldn't, but I am less one sided in my views.

I think it's a disaster that the Americans unleashed all these millions of documents on the public, before any trials took place. It's now trial by media.
