Are you always late or always early

I am an early bird and always have been. I find it irritating being half an hour early, sometimes waiting outside in the cold and wet, but I can't help it. I have tried recently to be on time but get anxious re traffic etc, and I am fearful of being late.

I am the same as you Charleygirl. I always err on the side of caution. Could never understand anyone whose excuse for arriving late was because the bus was late, I would always get a bus that arrived before the bus that would have got me there with mins to spare.

I would rather be early and sit in the car or wait outside than be rushing in late. I get agitated if someone's giving me a lift and we're not going to reach our destination on time.

I find, now I’m older, I do get anxious about appointment dates. We recently had to drive into our next city for an appointment, we did know the roads reasonably well BUT apparently the highways department thought it was a great idea to change the traffic flow on a couple of city centre roads……what a pain that was!

Never ever late…always much too early. Must have wasted days of my life waiting for the more tardy.

I prefer to be early, less stressful than clock watching and getting somewhere/anywhere by the skin if one’s teeth 🙀

Like others I am always early, ridiculously so. I have always been like this. Too late to change now.

When the children were small I would always get to work on time…..by the skin of my teeth! There was so much to do at home….and I resented having to go to work..

In the latter years I was always early and a lot calmer but still resented it.

Always early - running late for anything stresses me out!

My DD has a small child so obvs is understandable that she could be running late sometimes but tbh she has always been like this. Going on holiday abroad with her and our SiL a few years ago was a nightmare, we agreed to stay overnight with them and all go together to the airport. We arrived for our flight with very little time to spare and was the same coming back.my nerves were frazzled.

Precisely on time, I wait in the car if I'm early.

Always early. After a working life that involved appointments how could I be anything else?
Soo annoying when clients are late. It’s always the same ones and they don’t seem to understand that their timekeeping inconveniences others.
I had one client who turned up on time once, she had to wait because I always booked her in 15mins later than she thought!

Always much too early.
As long as there is somewhere dry (and preferably not too cold) to wait at or near the destination, I'd much rather kill time there than risk the possibility of not getting there in time

I tend to think that serial latecomers as opposed to those who only do it infrequently are quite selfish because they are prepared to waste other people’s time in order to suit themselves.

Slightly early for me, and if catching trains with a connection or where I have to be at the destination for a certain time, I may get the train BEFORE the one I need to get !

Always early. I don’t think I’ve ever been late for anything.

I tend to the 'just in time', unless it is public transport when i will be in plenty of time.

Same. Had started doing this in later years after years of being late no matter how prepared I thought I was. Lately though I've been waking up very stressed after regular dreams on the theme of being late getting to somewhere and making no headway at all - my former self !

I’m a natural latecomer, I’m an optimist, who always thinks I can get more done in a short space of time than is possible. I do fight it, and I don’t miss important deadlines, but it is definitely my natural tendency.
