Good Morning Tuesday 7th April 2026

Good morning from a just getting light N Surrey. Still a lovely moon in the southern sky and it's very quiet. The Easter holiday makes a difference. Even the M25 motorway is quieter.
A day of tidying the pots and a load of washing to put on. It is such a treat that the washing dries in the sunshine and breeze. One of life's pleasures. A 2nd cup of coffee I think. Not a good night's sleep, but I am enjoying my book so it's not the end of the world. In my book the main character in her 80s smoked some marijuana and had the best night's sleep of her life. Well now there's a thought.

Good morning from Malta where we expect a sunny day with a high of 23°C.

I got a lot done yesterday before my back gave out and forced me to leave a couple of jobs for today. I did several washes and everything dried outside.

This morning I have a man coming to clean the sofa bed in what was DS’s room. I want to turn the room into a playroom for the boys as their toys and paraphernalia are taking over my living room.

He’s coming early so I shall have to hop into the shower soon or I’ll be caught still in my pjs.

Later I shall have the boys while their parents go to make a Will. I’ve a feeling it’s gong to clash with the tennis I am keen to watch. Just my luck!🤦🏼‍♀️
