I am amazed they used a bag. They wouldn't have transported it otherwise. Others leave it lying to rot. People no longer amaze me, that is disgusting.

It's vile, isn't it?

Many poo bags are not degradable, which is in some ways another issue, but an important one, IMO. What's the point of picking up a degradable substance, putting it in a plastic bag and leaving it lying about?

People like this think there’s a poo bag fairy! Northumbrian Water actually used to have ‘her’ on their tankers to ‘remind’ people she doesn’t exist.

What I wonder is who do these people think cleans up after them when they leave these 'poo bags' on Hadrian's Wall...... and so many other places too.

I saw that on the news and was shocked.

Then thought, I'm beyond being shocked or surprised by how filthy and disgusting some people are, dumping poo bags anywhere, dropping litter, throwing it out of car windows and fly tipping in the countryside.
I'm just in despair.

It's not me or you but somebody is stuffing poo bags into the gaps in Hadrian's Wall.

Why? Who is it that has no sense of - I don't know what to call it - care for our history, our countryside? They want to walk somewhere nice but then spoil it for others. They must like the countryside as it is not a five minute stroll to give the dog a minimum of exercise.
