Weather affecting your mood

I'm sitting here looking at the sky which is dark and foreboding. It always depresses me. I feel the pressure above my eyes and in my ears. My legs ache and my hands too. Does anyone else feel the effects of the weather?

Unfortunately, I have multiple health problems but the symptoms, especially the arthritis always seemed worse when the weather is cold and damp. We have had a biting wind here for weeks and a lot of rainy days and it is starting to get me down.

All I can say is

when the sun shines

my mood goes up

even if I'm just looking out of the French windows or sitting with coffee in the park.

It is getting warmer next week but still sun/rain sun/rain.
