It’s the immediate cut off,
nowhere to turn,
no chance to look at the post which was reported and, unless you’ve exchanged emails, no chance to get in touch with those you’ve come to regard as friends on GN.
The person who reported me is still there and I know that they are protected . . .
even if only by the system, is one of the most worrying aspects.
At the moment, I avoid posts by the poster(s) I think were responsible, or make sure I’m careful to agree with them and I copy and save the post I’m answering and the response I put because I worry about being policed off. That’s not how I thought GN would be.
