Something very odd happened to me last week, I won’t go into detail, I probably wouldn’t be believed!
The result of this incident was very rewarding.
It has made me think of huge coincidences and strange things that have happened in my life and I have come to the conclusion I have a Guardian Angel.
I will give you one example, I was selling my Mothers home and needed a key for every window lock (solicitors demand).
I had two keys for the whole house and the locks were all different, I scrabbled about in my garage and had some keys copied but was left with the kitchen window and no key.
It was the final job before exchange and I was very stressed.
I called a double glazing guy who said he could help but wanted an £80 call out so I declined and tried to figure out a plan!
2 hours later I went to pull out of my Mothers drive and a van was blocking my way, it was the double glazing man I had called earlier, he was lost!
He found a key on the van refused any payment although I insisted and I directed him to his customer.
A lucky coincidence or my Guardian Angel?
They have YET to show themselves
I do have fairies at the bottom of my garden!
We have a little lane running at the back of our home that is used a cut through between the Church and the village.
We spent a week in April clearing a really overgrown area, we have planted grass seed wild flowers and some climbers to ramble up the hedge.
I thought I would create a little fairy garden and by luck Aldi were selling them for £7.99!
It nestled away and despite being on the tacky side gives the children a lot of joy.
Sounds idealic Sago
Oreo, no thanks, I’d rather not sit down and think about it logically, I prefer to wander through life with my guardian angel watching over me.
I fear logical thought may chase him away. 😂
Of course there are fairies. They're the ones who pick up teenagers dirty clothes from the floor wash and dry them then fold them neatly and put them back in the cupboard.

And not just teenagers! 😬 Massive
Well while I don't actually believe in Guardian Angels I do thank mine on occasion 🤔
A huge Well Done! To Shinamae, Moomoo and Fraders for having overcome so much to be here with us now 💖
I definitely believe in something, but I just don't know what to call it. It isn't really anything that you can apply logic to, but it's there. I've had too many experiences in life to deny it and they take far too long to write about here. But 6 or 7 years after my DH was killed in a road accident at the age of 48 I had a dream. I couldn't remember anything at first but then as I picked up his framed photo to dust it later that morning or was like an electric shock went through me and I remembered the dream in it's entirety. He was basically telling me he was fine and not to worry about him. In the dream I had been looking for his mobile phone so that he could contact someone if he needed it, and he said "and anyway you and I don't need a mobile phone to keep in touch". That dream must be 25 years ago and it's still as vivid today. Then just last week my partner, who died suddenly ten years ago years ago, came to me in a dream, again very vivid and real. When I told my friend, a spiritualist, that the thing I remembered best was his shoes she said that that was because he wants me to know that he walks beside me. I know many people would scoff, but I have had so many experiences that I can't deny. So yes, Sago I believe in Guardian Angels 😇
I definitely have a guardian angel. 👼 My life has been saved six times and several things have happened which have been more than just a co-incidence. One day I'll write them all down because they are so strange. My father had similar including a WW2 plane crash he walked away from.
So do some people have guardian angels and some not? If everyone had one nothing bad would ever happen to anyone, and we know that is not the case.

I have had a lot of bad things happen to me unfortunately as I had a grim upbringing but I have also had lots of joy and happiness.
I really believe that in the bad times my GA stood over me and gave me the resilience to carry on.
I will try to explain, I have been really unlucky with my parents and sibling but lucky with friends and my family.
I have had some bad health issues (cancer in my 30’s and kidney issues) but I got through it and I am now fit and active🤞.
I had an awful incident where I was attacked in a hospital ward (I had a knife held at my throat) yet again I came out the other side and apart from a bit of PTSD I’ve been OK.
It’s given me a greater understanding of MH issues and as a result of my husband campaigning the hospital benefitted from greater security.
Throughout my life there have been serendipitous moments that have been quite unbelievable.
I will continue to believe in my GA and hope that he/she sticks with me.
I always thought my Grandma stayed around for me. My own Guardian Angel
In my teens and twenties I often thought I saw her and would often talk problems over with her at night. She has gone now though. Perhaps someone needed her more than me.
I too believe that there must be some people sent to look after me. I like to think they include my father, and my grandfather...I have had too many near misses and close scrapes for it to be just coincidences that I am still here. Some very bizarre twists of fate. I think that people are sent to protect us. My infant son threw down his toy from his pushchair, I stopped to pick it up, and called my daughter back to my side. A car went out of control (burst tyre) and mounted the pavement where we would have been. Since then I have believed that some people are truly sent to protect us. He was only a toddler, but he saved all 3 of us. I accepted his help by stopping. In a bizarre twist, the teenage driver asked for my help, not realising that he had nearly killed us all. So I helped him.

As a recovering alcoholic who was in active alcoholism from the age 15 to 28, I must have a guardian angel
The situations I got myself in particularly with men (As a drunk woman, you are very vulnerable to men, but I got myself in that situation. I knew what would happen when I drank because from the age of 15, I drank to get drunk initially it was for confidence but anyway I’m still here to tell the tale)
I remember some of what happened but not all of it, I do remember when I was living in Birmingham when I was about 23 l think, I got so drunk I was pushed out of a Taxi and I was in the middle of Birmingham and I just got myself the nearest house knocked on the door and a big black man answered the door and I said can you please take me to Spring Hill and bless his heart he did,now he could’ve dragged me in and murdered me and there were a lot of situations like that
Sorry if I’ve been too graphic for some of you, but that’s just the way it was and there were many many occasions similar to that where I could have been raped/murdered or both, in fact, I would be very surprised if I wasn’t raped I used to wake up, not know where I was, but I was usually in bed with a man
Anyway, I went to AA and got myself so sober with their help of course..
No, you haven't been too graphic.
You are not alone to have gotten into these situations (I speak from my own experience.)
I am happy things have turned out ok xx
When I was in my early 20’s, I was driving at over 40 mph along a dual carriageway in the outside lane, passing slower drivers, when suddenly the car started slowing down, so I pulled into the slow lane as I had no choice, the power had gone, just as I pulled in, a car overtook me and crashed into a car pulling out ahead.
I managed to stop easily as I was going so slow and stopped while it was all sorted out, then started my car and it was perfectly normal power and never did it again.
It’s hard to describe it exactly but it was as if the whole world slowed down not just my car, like a film in slow motion.
Very strange!
But if I hadn’t lost power I would have been the one to crash.
There are other instances like this but too many to write down.
To you, what is an angel?
Yes, I very much believe I have a guardian angel. How else could I be here as I am.
I used to but we now lock horns.

Macaydia that's a very difficult question and I guess the answer is different depending on who you're asking and is dependant upon their underlying beliefs. I personally would say that it's a 'feeling' that 'something' is there to protect you. But I just don't know. We could start a long debate about "what does it mean to say I know". Now there's a thought 😉
I've no proof at all, but just a feeling that there is someone or something watching over me. I've had this feeling all my life.
And there is no doubt that prayers often get answered.
I wish I could see or talk to this person or thing.
I've just been reminded of Paul McCartney's lyrics - "When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me".

That's the big question. But we are only able to see and hear what our eyes and ears allow and the spirit world is beyond our understanding. We have not been given the capability of understanding the reasons why things happen.
I don’t think these relate exactly to the theme which I don’t want to derail but both relate to experiences which are difficult to explain unless one accepts there are things which be.ong to a different ‘ world’.
More than 45 years ago my mother who was then in her 60s was knocked over whilst walking on the pavement by a young man riding a motorbike who lost control. She suffered a broken leg. At the time we were having a get together at home 200 miles away from my parents’ home. R who was a spiritualist arrived and said she knew that my mother had had an accident and she had sent healing to her.
When my mother attended the fracture clinic the staff there couldn’t believe how well her broken leg had healed and the plaster was removed. At the same clinic was the young motorcyclist who needed to keep his plaster on as the fracture hadn’t healed sufficiently for it to be removed. He was probably 40 years younger than my mother.
Perhaps my mother’s Guardian Angel was involved along with support from our friend.

That’s the killer point isn’t it?
