I think all those who like me feel they have been blessed with a spouse who made them complete would not take exception to the thread or its comments.
This is not a bereavement post or designed to bring down those who have posted- I wish everybody could be as fortunate as I believe I have been - and indeed am as my entire life has been shaped by knowing we somehow got it right!

FGT another here who would like to thank you for your ever present kindness and thoughtfulness for others.

I'm grateful for mine, he drives me mad at times as I'm sure I do him, but he's my best friend and I know he'd move heaven and earth for me.

My DH may not be the man he once was due to suffering a massive stroke but he is still ‘my’ man, and I do feel blessed that he pulled through. 🙏🏾
