Yesterday, our lift was working fine and dandy.

This morning the lift engineer turned up to do a routine service then went happily on his way.

The complex manager is now trying to frantically recall him because.........the lift is completely dead.

Aaaaaaaaargh!

This has happened to us twice when having our boiler serviced. We don’t bother now and just wait until we have a problem with it!
