So, what food that you prepared for Christmas was forgotten?

I forgot to put the sausage meat stuffing and pigs in blanket in the oven so everything had to wait for those to cook. The potatoes were more delicious than ever with the extra cooking

I'm sure we have all spent some time preparing food and then in the rush of the moment forgotten to serve it.

This year my effort was canapes prepared - cheese and chive bilinis with avocado and smoked salmon - discovered while serving dessert.
