Totally trivial thread.

I usually share one of these with DD, but after the year we have had I treated us to one each.

We both loved No.1

(I haven’t disclosed what it is as I know some GN members also like this December treat)

Oh goodness I had forgotten all about mine, senior brain, I will get it out.
Thank you, I will get it out now, I am very excited.

I thought of you annsixty when I got mine out this morning ?

Just in case anyone wonder why an old biddy of 84 needs a beauty advent calendar ( I am already very beautiful)!!
I share it with my live in GD but why shouldn’t I have one, I just love it and really missed it last year.

annsixty I do not think of you as an old biddy , we all need a treat in our lives, I hope you enjoy the surprises ?

Ooops I forgot mine too.

Hope you didn't pay full price GrannyGravyshock

Delighted with day one.
We had a sample size of this a few years ago.
It is really good.

Oh no, I bought two at the reduced price.

I waited till the deal came out and ordered bits and bobs that I needed in two separate online orders, and added a calendar onto each ?

I did buy the M&S one a few years ago but decided not to this year, then while shopping in Boots saw their Beauty advent calendar and realised I had enough points to get it for free so rather impulsively decided to have that one. I did think while standing in the queue I perhaps aught to use the points towards Christmas presents hmm

My daughter is very happy with hers smile

What is every thinking so far? I have to admit I'm glad I didn't pay full price for mine because I'm a bit disappointed.

I’m on the fence on this one tbh. However can someone tell me what the little round blue pot is for? I can’t remember which No is was but pretty sure it was one of the earlier ones.

Spent £30 online yesterday and found that the advent calendar is sold out online - you have to visit the store.

If it is the L’Occitane one it’s face serum I believe.

Yes I think it is L’Occitane. Thank you GG13. Hopefully it’s some magic serum designed to take 20 yrs off my face!
