Would you 'approve' of theatres being open on Christmas Day?

No.
A lot of theatres put extra performances on anyway over Christmas time so I don’t see any need for it. Much as I love going to the theatre I certainly wouldn’t entertain the idea on Christmas Day.

Gosh, no. Nowhere really apart from the emergency services poor things.

Theatres and the like are unlikely to ever open on Christmas Day as there's no public transport.

But there are lots of places that do open e.g. restaurants, pubs, hotels, Chinatown, etc.

Definitely not. Everybody deserves at least one day off to spend with their family (as long as we are not in another lockdown!!) With the new Omicron variant, I would prefer all theatres and venues closed for the forseeable futuure anyway.

No!

No. Prefer them to be shut. Otherwise people have to work to run them and it is not essential like nurses, police etc

Or any entertainment venue really.
