I’m sure there are some beautiful trees out there, trees which tell a story with decorations gathered over the years, elegant trees, big tree, little trees, real trees, artificial trees- well I thought it might be nice to put them all together on one thread!
Here’s my tiny tree - a far cry from the 6 footers we used to have when the children lived at home.
But also safely out of reach of dogs- I have an abiding memory of Jock, my first (and only boy) greyhound who took one glance at our floor standing (big) tree, and clearly thought” Oh good, indoor plumbing” 😱😱😱
So bring out your trees tchsmile

My tree. Decorated with help from my DD who had a geography lesson while reading all the names on the momento baubles/hanging shapes. Each year since 2002 I bought something for the tree, many times one from each location visited. Brings back lovely memories each Xmas.

We’ve just done ours. It was rather bushier than we’d bargained for!

My tree looks the same as each year but this year was special because I got to show it off to my new first Great Grandson!

This is my tree. A very sad Christmas for us this year as my DH died very suddenly in October. After much discussion we decided as a family that we would go ahead with celebrating Christmas as what is the alternative …..

Done mine yesterday, ive been hunting high and low for a new prelit one, but haven't found anything i like, plenty on line but if I'm spending 200, I want to see what im buying, so I've given up, now I've put my old tree up I'm pleased with it, and saved £ 200...win win

They are all beautiful. We are hopefully buying one tomorrow and I’ll decorate it while OH is at his Shooting club. I buy one or two new things each year which means not everything fits on. I’ll post a photo when it’s ready.

My darling husband always used to get a real tree ..too much bother now I'm on my own . I now have a white artificial tree with a very special Kiwi near the top for my family far away in New Zealand.
