Sadly we have no room for a tree. We have an enormous monstera in the living room. I could decorate that I suppose.

The 50 metre one

I thought you meant trees in the garden at first !One of ours is 50 metres high - truly! This one ,however, is about 6 foot.

We are away this year so no tree at home.

We did however go to our holiday let this week and put up a tree for our guests.

I haven’t put mine up yet. Last year was the first time in years that I got the tree out of the loft and decorated it and, even though it’s been dismantled it’s still in the living room. Travelling home in a few hours and this is what it’s going to look like. Maybe this time I won’t even bother dismantling it; I’ll just take the decorations off. This is what it’s going to look like…

Mine is still in the garage because I decided that it was a good idea to have the sitting room decorated just before Christmas and it was only finished this morning. I will admit to regretting some of my life choices at various points in the last week! grin

Here’s mine, she’s a pencil tree, tall and skinny to fit in the narrow window.

Mine is still outside. its a bit spindly but I'm sure it will be passable on e it's covered in tinsel a nd all the Old ornaments. My son arrives on Thursday which has been my traditional day for decorating since the children were at school. ie. Over 50 years ago.

My 3 GDs decorated mine

If my tree looked as good as yours, RosieandherMaw, I'd bring it in from the garden and decorate it again this year.

I bought it last year, a lovely, bushy little tree in a pot then put it outside in the garden afterwards, it was carefully tended and watered in the dry summer but it looks quite spindly this year.

Might go and buy an artificial one tomorrow 😲
(Or another tiny real one)

Just finished it. The tree is the best part of Christmas for me.

Mine isn't finished. My son put it up far too early last week and now I'm sick of seeing it...

I’m sure there are some beautiful trees out there, trees which tell a story with decorations gathered over the years, elegant trees, big tree, little trees, real trees, artificial trees- well I thought it might be nice to put them all together on one thread!
Here’s my tiny tree - a far cry from the 6 footers we used to have when the children lived at home.
But also safely out of reach of dogs- I have an abiding memory of Jock, my first (and only boy) greyhound who took one glance at our floor standing (big) tree, and clearly thoughtā€ Oh good, indoor plumbingā€ 😱😱😱
So bring out your trees tchsmile
