Christmas bargains, what's your best?

What is your biggest Christmas bargain that you found in post-Christmas/ January sales? Mine was a tree, supposed to be 80 pounds, reduced to 15! My grandkids and I took it home, and they helped me put it in the loft. That's next Christmas sorted!
