Good Idea or not ?

I can't see myself throwing one of those on the conveyor belt. I'd be mortified.

JackyB Tue 06-Nov-18 10:23:19

It had to be Sainsbury's, didn't it, thanks to Chas and Dave!

I suppose like most tacky plastic toys, they'll end up on free cycle.

Perhaps that Supermarket advert was trying to tell us something, you know the one
‘Every little helps’

AlieOxon Mon 05-Nov-18 20:54:41

This lot made me giggle more than I have for ages!

PamelaJ1 Mon 05-Nov-18 20:53:57

Do you think we’ll need proof of age before we’re allowed to buy one?

Beechnut Mon 05-Nov-18 20:31:32

Thanks to you all. Hilarious thread (grin)

NanKate Mon 05-Nov-18 20:06:47

Luckygirl that’s the best laugh I have had in weeks. A shared condom yuk ?

Doodle Mon 05-Nov-18 19:53:00

I'm not sure I would recognise one if I saw it. I might buy one by mistake ?

SueDonim Mon 05-Nov-18 18:01:08

Has anyone else been tempted, when asked what's inside a parcel being posted at the Post Office, to reply to the clerk 'A sex toy.'? grin

Luckygirl Mon 05-Nov-18 17:54:36

I once ran a photography course for elderly people (when I did not qualify!) and they were a hoot - one set up a Tracey Emin style bed scenario for her final exhibition photo, complete with condoms on the bedside table - borrowed from her nephew she said. That got them all reminiscing!........one told me how during WW2 she went away for the weekend with another young couple (neither were married - shock, horror in those days!) and they could only afford one condom - so they sort of "queued up", one couple using it and washing it and then passing it over to their friends in the next room - the mind boggles!

And I once obtained a vibrating vagina for one of my severely disabled patients and he could not use it because it had "Made in Hong Kong" in large letters on it and that made him laugh so much he lost the urge!!

Willow500 Mon 05-Nov-18 17:46:07

What a good laugh you've given me! I've just done an online shop at Sainsburys - it didn't come up in the 'items you might have missed' when I checked out grin

EllanVannin Mon 05-Nov-18 17:43:37

The Pound shop NfkDumpling----but don't expect a state of the art model. Tee hee hee.

BBbevan Mon 05-Nov-18 17:43:32

You would be a very Happy Shopper if they did !

NfkDumpling Mon 05-Nov-18 17:37:34

Our nearest Sainsbury’s is several miles away. Do they sell them in Happy Shopper?

Jalima1108 Mon 05-Nov-18 17:30:54

We've asked some local supermarkets for raffle prizes for a charity dinner - I hope they don't donate one!
