I would just like to state how ecstatic I am to have won the voucher from the Specsavers competition! I can't thank you enough, I think this might be a sign that my luck is changing in general.

Thank you so much for my copy of the Vivienne Westwood biography which I am thoroughly enjoying. What a tome? It has a very chatty style and Vivienne (and Ian Kelly) could actually be sitting in the same room as me as I read it. I am learning a lot about things which happened in "my time" of growing up, and they seem to make so much more sense now.

Actually Gransnet, I emailed to thank you some time ago, and dutifully wrote a review as requested, but I can't find them anywhere. Is there a "my account" so that I can see when and what I have posted? {smile}

I'm so excited also received my copy of "I Love my Granny" and when I paged through it I came over all emotional (I have one grandchild, 7 months old, and he has 2 adoring grannies, so the book will be enjoyed by both of us). Thanks a million, especially as I had forgotten that I had put my name in the hat - you've made my day GNHQ and the publishers .
