Love the long days of blue skies of summer but hate the itchy mosquito bites x

I love to see red kites soaring high above our garden but loathe the flying ants which emerge around teatime in August.

I love the long summer days, its so much easier to get out of bed and make the most of the garden. What I hate is I'm allergic to the sun and so I cover up and stay in the shade as much as possible.

Best: long light evenings
Worst: men who really shouldn't wearing shorts

I love sunshine ☀️
I dislike flies... yuk

Best thing: long hours of sunlight.
Worst thing: No air conditioning on public transport.

Favourite thing about summer is being able to be outside, especially beside the sea.
Worst thing - definitely my hay fever...

My favourite thing about Summer are lazy days off with the family and enjoying the weather. My least favourite thing is all the bugs, flies, midges etc!

My favourite things about summer are the long days to enjoy more of everything. Waking up with the birds at first day light, reading at anytime of the day in natural light, long walks enjoying nature at it's best and enjoying lots of long days sharing with friends and family.
I don't like to complain when we have some of our lovely summers but if it get's too hot where you are unable to do very much then I like that least of all...but I'm not complaining sun, please stay out, lol.

I like the sun and going out. I have being too hot at night and not being able to sleep.

The best is the travelling and holiday trips. The worst is that it is so hot!

The worst thing is hay fever! Seems particularly bad this year. The best thing is the energy and optimism that long sunny days provide!

Best thing: Delicious fresh fruit

Favourite thing is wearing light summer clothes in bright colours. Since these seem to get less wear than warm clothes, my summer wardrobe always seems much bigger and more exciting.
Least favourite has to be hot, sticky but mercifully short nights!

Favourite: picking blackberries from the hedgerows on summer walks
Least favourite: being a magnet for all biting insects!

I love the light nights long days but I hate the hot stuffy nights when it is so hard to sleep

The best thing has to be spending more time outdoors.
The worst is traffic jams when it's hot

Worst....wasps. Hate the pests.

I love the warmer weather. I hate all the extra creepy crawlies that are about!!

Favourite thing is being outdoors more. Least favourite is wasps at picnics!

favourite: more relaxing lifesyle of wandering around - in the garden and countryside, enjoying the warmth.
Least favourite: the muggy humid days that mean you feel like doing nothing and can't sleep.

Favourite thing: A glass of Chardonnay in the garden on a sunny evening
