Favourite - 6 weeks summer holidays to spend with my family
Worst - Drinking too much wine at the evening bbq

I love being able to go out and about in a tshirt, meaning I don’t have to din hats, gloves, socks, boots etc. But I hate wasps and bees, they terrify me

Best bit of Summer? Lying on a beach reading a book all the way through, without feeling guilty about doing nothing
Worst bit? Having to pack up and go home before I've finished the book!

I love the summer being able to sit outside in the fresh air,Doing my magazine comps in the warm breeze,coffee in one hand,pen in the other, But the one thing I hate about summer,is the hot dry weather like we are having this year.Everywhere you look the landscapes have all turned brown,& barren.Even my vegetable garden is suffering nothing grows in this heat.And the worst part will be,all the veg & fruit will cost double the usual price in the autumn,when the crops are picked,& they have suffered heat damage,& lack of water.

My favourite is the lovely long days so I can spend time sitting out in the garden.
My least favourite are WASPS these pesky little bleeders always find me and I never go more than 10-14 days without being stun. I obviously smell right to them!!

My favourite thing is wonderful sunny days, not having to take a raincoat with you when you go out.
Worse thing is the threat of a water shortage

My favourite thing about the Summer is spending time with the children and my husband, seeing family and travelling around a little more. I also love the scent and colour of the flowers in the garden and the peppers and tomatoes in the greenhouse. My least favourite thing, the cost of all the activities! it is so high and also too much sun, I know I shouldn't complain but I need my factor 50 if its higher than 20 degrees.

Best thing - beautiful warm sunny days and brilliant blue skies

Worst thing - no air conditioning!

I love being outside in the lovely garden in the sunshine.I hate the hot stuffy night when it's so hard to sleep.

I love having the doors and windows open on a lovely day, but I hate the clammy, sticky days we often get

I love the extra time that summer gives and the chances to go out and about with the family. Have picnics in the sunshine, have barbecues at home and enjoy the great sunny weather we have been having.

I don't like the hayfever that affects me and the family the occasion bee or wasp sting!!.

My favourite thing is to sit out reading a book and lose myself in the plot my least favourite thing is the inevitable midges !

I love the heady smell of all the garden flowers blooming in my area, particularly in the evening.
I hate all the watering necessary in dry weather.

I love the longer days and the chance to catch up with family and friends as well as the luscious summer fruits but hate seeing men walk around topless. The ones I seem to come across are generally quite tubby and sweaty.

My most favourite thing - the sun shining and everyone in a good mood.

My least favourite thing - BO on the sweaty, cramped underground

Best thing is sitting in the garden reading.
Worst thing is when it is just too hot and you have to go inside.

My favourite thing about summer: Drying all my washing outside on the line - I love the smell of freshly dried clothes!

My least favourite thing about summer: Walking around like a zombie most days because it's too hot at night to get enough sleep to keep me going during the day!

Love the long days and sunny mornings but not so keen on all the visitors clogging up our streets and taking all the parking spaces!

My favourite thing about summer is the long hours of daylight. In the winter after work I just want to come home and hibernate but in the summer going out in the evening, or just sitting in the garden with a glass of wine, seems much more appealing.

My least favourite thing is hot and humid weather. It's so difficult to sleep in and I find it difficult to know what to wear. I hate baring my flesh! Winter dressing is so much easier. I much prefer to be wrapped up in boots and cardigans and jumpers and jeans.

The best thing about summer is being able to be outside in the sunshine and the worst is it being light at 4.30am and waking everyone up x x

I hate all the bugs that come out when it's hot and dry!
